Privacy Notice

Last updated: 19 October 2026

1. Who is responsible for your data

Raizel Masail, trading as Soul Talks with Raizel Devorah, is the data controller for personal data handled to provide this service. Paddle separately handles personal data for its role as Merchant of Record; its practices are described in Paddle’s Privacy Notice.

2. Data we collect and why

  • Account information: email address, name if provided, authentication credentials and account identifiers are used to create accounts, sign you in and provide account communications. The legal basis is performance of our contract with you.
  • Membership information: approval status, subscription identifiers, plan, billing period and subscription status are used to manage membership, provide protected access and support billing queries. The legal bases are contract performance and legal obligations where applicable.
  • Support communications: information you choose to send, including your name, contact details and message, is used to respond and resolve issues. The legal bases are contract performance and our legitimate interest in supporting users.
  • Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device information, session identifiers, access logs and error diagnostics may be processed to deliver the website, secure accounts, prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems and improve reliability. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a safe, functioning service. Where optional analytics or marketing requires consent, consent is the legal basis.

Full payment-card details are handled by Paddle and its payment providers, not stored in the Soul Talks membership records. Please avoid sending sensitive health information in support messages; it is not required to use the service.

3. Who receives data

We share data only as needed with service providers supporting hosting, Lovable Cloud account authentication and storage, website delivery, email delivery, diagnostics, analytics where enabled and support tooling. These providers process data for the relevant service purposes.

We share necessary account and subscription information with Paddle for product sales, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing. Information may also be shared with professional legal or accounting advisers, and with authorities when required by law or necessary to protect lawful rights and prevent fraud.

4. Retention

Account and membership information is kept while your account is open and for as long as necessary to provide access or resolve account matters. Support messages and technical logs are kept only as long as needed for support, security and troubleshooting. Records required for tax, accounting, disputes or other legal obligations are retained for the applicable statutory period. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised; copies in backups are removed through the backup-retention cycle.

5. Security and international transfers

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections, access controls and private storage for member recordings, to protect personal data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Service providers may process data outside your country, including outside the UK or EEA. Where UK or EEA data-protection law applies, international transfers must rely on appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses, with additional safeguards where required.

6. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or a portable copy of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the relevant data-protection supervisory authority.

To exercise your rights, contact Raizel Masail by email at soultalkswithrd@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity. For requests covered by UK or EEA GDPR, we normally respond within one month; any lawful extension and its reason will be explained. Certain data may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.

7. Cookies and local storage

The service uses essential cookies or browser storage for sign-in, session security and membership access. Paddle may use its own storage during checkout or billing; see its Privacy Notice for details. Optional analytics or marketing storage, if introduced, will require consent where applicable and a way to manage or withdraw that consent.

You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Blocking or clearing essential storage may sign you out or prevent account and checkout functions from working. No optional analytics or marketing cookie consent is assumed from simply using the service.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the service or legal requirements change. The latest version and its update date appear on this page. Material changes will be communicated where required.
