Soul Talks with Raizel Devorah
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 19 October 2026
1. About these terms
Soul Talks with Raizel Devorah is provided by Raizel Masail (the seller). For the provision and use of the service, you are contracting with Raizel Masail. By accessing or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. You must be of legal age to enter a contract, or have appropriate parental or guardian permission.
2. The service and your account
Soul Talks offers recorded classes in Jewish spirituality, guided meditations and inner child work. An account alone does not grant access to protected recordings. Access requires an eligible paid subscription or access granted by the owner, and may be suspended under these terms.
Provide accurate account information, keep it up to date, protect your password, and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account; notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Membership, payments and cancellation
Available plans, prices and billing frequency are shown on the membership page and at checkout. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the selected frequency unless cancelled. You can manage payment details and cancellation through the billing link on My Membership. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period, unless suspended for a reason described below.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, applicable taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Our Refund Policy explains how to request a refund. Payment questions can be directed to paddle.net.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, or in a way that infringes another person’s intellectual property or privacy. Do not introduce malware, probe or interfere with security, scrape the service, bypass member-only access controls, share protected recording links, or disrupt other users’ access.
5. Intellectual property
Raizel Masail retains ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation, branding, teachings and recordings, except material owned by other rights holders. Eligible membership grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the material for personal learning. Do not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly broadcast or otherwise exploit recordings without permission.
6. Educational content and availability
The teachings, meditations and inner child work are for spiritual education and personal reflection. They do not replace medical, mental-health or other regulated professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. Seek qualified professional support when needed; no particular personal or therapeutic outcome is promised.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Content and availability may change, and maintenance or technical issues may temporarily limit access. Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Suspension and termination
Raizel Masail may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. A suspended account may remain blocked even if a subscription has been paid. Suspension does not remove any refund or other statutory rights you may have. Cancelling billing and closing an account are separate actions; use My Membership to manage your subscription.
8. Privacy, changes and contact
Our Privacy Notice describes how personal data is handled. Updates to these terms will be posted here with an updated date; material changes will be communicated where required by law. For service questions or rights-holder complaints, contact Raizel Masail by email at soultalkswithrd@gmail.com.
